Statement on Our COVID-19 Business Continuity Readiness

Posted on March 19th, 2020 by Adam Sweet

With concerns about spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus leading to social distancing and self-isolation, we feel it is important to make our position clear to existing and prospective customers regarding our business continuity plans in the event of such measures.

Since the very beginning we have offered our staff the option for remote working and we use multiple network providers to work with our geographically distributed customer base. This means we are well rehearsed and able to remain fully operational 24/7/365 in the event of staff illness, self-isolation and social distancing measures and our customers should notice no difference at all to our support and consultancy operations, regardless of the wider public health picture or any stricter social lockdown measures that may be enforced at a later date.

Unfortunately however, in line with public health guidance, we won't be offering on-site visits unless there's an urgent customer business continuity issue; or any in-person training courses for the foreseeable future. We hope that these measures won't be necessary for long and we can resume on-site visits and face to face training courses.

We expect that throughout this unprecedented global outbreak you will experience the same high level of service you have gotten used to from us and we will continue to be here for you and your business needs as normal. If there's anything we can do to help during these difficult coming months, either by filling skills or technology gaps, or by helping run 'business as usual' services affected by staff shortages, please let us know.
